A lot of those wonderful Detroit experts hardly ever list the address, although I have noted a few now starting to do so after my campaign. License Renewal and NEW Website..

Well I have been fully licensed since 2006 , and I have to spend 14 hrs doing a course and then an exam to hold onto my license, before the end of September2011. Being fully licensed means that I pay every year to keep access to the Florida MLS and the various databases that are essential to any property investor. My clients so far have been impressed by the information and the service I have provided. Thank you all for the positive feedback. At a recent property show I have been told that perhaps my service and massive money saving deals may be too good to be true , My son has therefore suggested that he market and match other UK deals and set up his own business … He will be taking over the domain name usapropertyinvestors.co.uk at the end of 2011. This will then protect my license and also mean that my son will have all the advice that I can give . This will avoid the comments that my deals are too good to be true..
